Im a problem-solver at my core, and I love building out the right processes and procedures to get a solution just right. My experience has mainly revolved around SaaS companies or fintech/banks, but I started out my career in manufacturing. This combination paved the way for an adventure like this one.
My education and experience gives me the foundation I need to approach tailored solutions – from asking all the right questions, to identifying what’s missing, to being a collaborative partner that’s laser-focused on customer satisfaction. And I love getting to develop the training and manuals for on-the-ground operators, giving them the tools they need for success.

The parts of my role that I love
I strive to ensure customer satisfaction through facilitating their success, diving into process details, understanding the necessary tools, and building meaningful relationships with the people I meet along the way.
What excites me about Masked Owl Technologies
I’m excited about our methodology and how it helps us identify the problems our customers face. We then get to develop innovative solutions and leverage emerging tech to make them the best that they can be. I love that MOT is determined to do things differently, stand out, and be bold (it’s even one of our foundational tenets).
A professional accomplishment I’m proud of
I am proud of how I build relationships. I have friends who were old co-workers from 20 years ago! I have customers who are now friends that we visit while on vacation.
Personal/fun facts
I play a lot of video games, watch anime, read fantasy. I love travel, food, eating out, and trying out new beers and cocktails.
